An exciting time started for me in August 2017 – for half a year I studied at Columbia University in New York and attended courses at the Business School. American university life is very special. A change of perspectives was a great experience that I can only recommend to everyone.
Besides my studies, I used my time to explore the city that never sleeps. There were countless offers every day: yoga in Bryant Park, cinema in Central Park, free dance classes, food festivals, musicals on Broadway and much more. That made it very easy for me to discover many different faces of the city. New York is also known as a melting pot of cultures – people from different nations are influencing the city and its culinary offerings. Thanks to the Rohde Foundation, I was able to fully enjoy this amazing time.
